With over 15 years of experience providing psychodynamic therapy for adults and parents, I have been privileged to support individuals navigating grief, complex family dynamics, and relationship challenges. Many of the people I work with find themselves replaying painful dynamics from childhood in their relationships today—whether with partners, children, or even within themselves. Therapy offers a space to untangle these patterns, understand them deeply, and move toward a new way of being.

My approach is primarily psychodynamic, which means our sessions will provide a thoughtful, supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. But therapy isn’t just about understanding why we feel the way we do—it’s about creating real, meaningful change. Together, we will make sense of past experiences, process difficult emotions, and discover new ways of relating to yourself and others.

The therapeutic relationship itself plays a crucial role in this work. As we explore your experiences, we’ll also notice the patterns that emerge in our sessions—offering a unique opportunity to observe and shift relational dynamics in real time. This process can help you develop healthier ways of connecting, communicating, and feeling more at home in yourself and your relationships.

While psychodynamic therapy is the foundation of my work, I also integrate techniques from CBT, DBT, and ACT when needed, ensuring that our work together is tailored to your needs. If a different therapeutic approach would better support you, I will gladly help you find the right resources.
